Cancellation Policy

1. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so before the order is shipped.
2. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled through our website.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Returns and exchanges are applicable only to select products. Detailed return eligibility and conditions are provided on the respective product pages. For eligible products, the standard return window is 3 days from the date of delivery.
2. Return or exchange requests must be raised within the applicable 3-day return period. If you miss this window or have any issues or concerns regarding your order, please contact us at shreesakthifabrics@gmail.com.
3. The return and exchange policy for any product is subject to change without prior notice.
4. If pickup service is not available at your location, you may be required to self-ship the product to our office address.
5. Return or exchange charges may apply on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Policy

We accept refund requests in cases where there is a mismatch in quality, size, color, or design, or where an item is missing, incorrect, or damaged in a combo order.

Once the returned product has been picked up, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days through the same transaction/payment method used for the original purchase.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, additional bank or UPI details may be required to process the refund.

Important Notes for Returns

• The product must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
• The product must have its original packaging and tags intact.
• Items returned without the original tags will not be accepted.
• Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Return or exchange requests must be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery.
• Return or exchange requests raised after the applicable return period will not be accepted.
• Return eligibility may vary for select products. Customers are advised to check the respective product page for specific return and exchange conditions.
